Volunteering Clearances

Lenape Valley Baseball is committed to preserving a safe environment for all participants. As part of this commitment is complying with Pennsylvania laws and Little League requirements. It is mandatory that every volunteer position that interacts with any children complete the necessary clearances and certifications before the start of the season. The following are the requirements that we must have on each volunteer:

STEP 1: Complete the PA Child Abuse History Clearance

STEP 2: Complete the PA Access to Criminal History (Volunteer)

STEP 3: Complete the Little League Volunteer Application

STEP 4: If you have lived outside of Pennsylvania in the last 10 years you must complete the FBI Fingerprinting Process.  Please note you are responsible for the cost of fingerprinting.

STEP 5: Please forward a copy of all above documents to Lenape Valley's Safety Officer.  Please make sure to include in the subject line "2022 Background Check - (last name, first name)"
