Please complete and submit this form in its entirety for consideration to be a Lenape Valley Travel Manager for the 2025 season. All applications are due no later than 11pm on Saturday, August 24th. New managers to be named & announced shortly thereafter.
Managers will be selected for the following age groups: 7U, 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U, and 15/16U. The age requirements for each age group are as follows:

As the Team Manager you are agreeing to (but not limited to):
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a minimum of 2 tryouts in September/October with a minimum of 3 independent evaluators for each tryout.
- Assist other LV travel coaches with their tryouts (either drills or evaluate).
- Form and submit team roster to Travel Board by October 15th, 2024.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a winter training program (Travel Commissioner will provide details around winter training planning). Due to the limited number of facilities available, LV Travel Board is working on locating a facility which may require all teams to practice at one facility.
- Plan, train, and manage your travel team throughout the 2025 season which includes but not limited to: STBL season, tournaments, scrimmages, weekly practices, and etc.
- For teams 13+, the option to play USABL or STBL will be available to the team depending on league availability.
- Communicate effectively with all players, parents, and the LV Travel Board throughout your 2025 travel season.
- Adhere to all rules and responsibilities of a Travel Manager as outlined in the LV Bylaws.
